This is not your typical yoga - No physical poses required.

Learn how to improve your physical and emotional health while lowering the stress levels in your life. The practice of Laughter Yoga is good for any age group, physical condition, and can be utilized in all areas of life, personal or professional. This practice helps you to reconnect with the child within you and teaches you how to turn everyday stressors into opportunities to laugh.
