Who can learn the Tai Chi for Health? Almost anyone with almost any physical condition, can learn this program to improve health and quality of life. Learning the program makes most people feel good about themselves. Since everyone is different you should consult your health professionals before you start. The program is designed to be adapted safely by most people with the approval of their health care health professional. Higher stance, smaller movements, and progressive stepwise teaching method makes this type of Tai Chi easier to learn.
